چکیده
Compressed air as a type of safe technological energy carrier is widely used in many industries. In economically developed countries costs for the production and distribution compressed reach 10 % total costs. The analysis systems industrial sector shows that efficiency at relatively low level. This due to fact insufficient attention paid these since monitoring has certain difficulties – presence complex branched pipeline networks with unique characteristics; sensitivity equipment which consumes air; complexity auditing pneumatic constant operation. article analyzes options reducing cost distribution. One promising ways reduce timely detection elimination leaks occur external supply network enterprise. task solved by hardware-software pressure key points network. proposed method allows real-time detecting emerging duct sending commands maintenance personnel their localization. technique was tested conditions ALROSA enterprises on Mir mine Mirninsky Mining Processing Plant showed satisfactory convergence calculated leakage values with actual ones. practical significance obtained results simple, it requires an uncomplicated software implementation localize manner, thereby unproductive enterprises.

Compressed-air flow control system.
We present the construction and operation of a compressed-air driven flow system that can be used for a variety of microfluidic applications that require rapid dynamic response and precise control of multiple inlet streams. With the use of inexpensive and readily available parts, we describe how to assemble this versatile control system and further explore its utility in continuous- and pulsed-...

متن کاملExpiratory flow limitation in compressed air divers and oxygen divers.
Divers are exposed to dense gases under hyperbaric and hyperoxic conditions and, therefore, may be at risk of developing respiratory disease. Long-term effects on respiratory function have been found in commercial divers who perform deep dives. This study was conducted to detect possible lung function changes in scuba divers who dive in shallow water using compressed air or oxygen as a breathin...
